The 40mm thick insulated panel on an industrial door gives sound reduction of (RW0 25db.) They are made from galvanised steel sheets bonded around polyurethane foam.

Please note this is for the panel only: it does not include joints or other components, in other words a fully insulated industrial door. All track fixings and end fixing carriers are manufactured from galvanised steel for durability.
