Automated Gates

Automated security gates not only make a home safer, they increase the value of your property and make life easier: no more scrabbling around with rusty locks in the rain. They act as a physical barrier, restricting the view of opportunistic thieves, thus making theft more difficult.

Many choices are available. You can choose a pair of gates or a single section on hinges. If you have limited driveway space, a good option is sliding gates on a rail: these are also more secure as they cannot be rammed so easily. Gates can be made from dense metal designed to conceal your property, or for a more ornamental look wrought iron is available.

Gateposts can be made of brick, metal or wood. For heavy gates, vertical steel supports can be concealed within brick or stone piers.

Automated gates do not have to be new: existing gates may be automated.
